What Hale does

Care for people

Hale doesn't wait for you to go looking. It brings you the people who need someone this week, starts the follow-up on its own, and puts a clock on every care need.

What it does today

  • See guests to welcome, people who've gone quiet, and birthdays and anniversaries coming up, on Home.
  • Follow-ups start by themselves for new guests, people who've gone quiet, first-time givers and background checks about to expire.
  • Work your own list, with notes, snoozing and reassigning.
  • Give each care need a 48-hour clock that goes amber, then red, and a visible path from leader to coach to minister to elder.
  • Keep a one-page safety call script on safety needs.
Not yet
  • New follow-up steps can't be set up in the app yet. The four that come with Hale are what you get.
