What Hale does

Sundays

Hale's check-in screen is built for a busy lobby: big buttons, a quick family search, and a security code that ties each child to the pick-up tag.

What it does today

  • Check a family in by last name or the last four digits of a phone number.
  • Suggest a room for each child by age or grade.
  • Print a label for each child and a pick-up tag for the parent.
  • Check a child out by code, and refuse a wrong one.
  • Watch every room refresh by itself, with allergy flags.
  • Record the weekend headcount, and a roll of who was there.
Not yet
  • Check-in rooms can't be added or changed in the app yet.
  • In this test Hale runs on one computer, so it can't be tried on a tablet at the door.
