What Hale does

Groups and communities

A leader can record a gathering in under a minute. That one small habit shows a coach which groups are thriving and which need a visit, without a single report.

What it does today

  • Let leaders take attendance for their own groups, and see only their own people.
  • Place someone new in a community, from suggestions sorted by closeness, meeting night and room.
  • Check back each week on who was placed but hasn't joined.
  • Show a coach which communities are sagging, with the ones that need attention first.
  • Move leaders from candidate to installed to rest, with their vetting records beside them.
  • Walk an existing ministry through its decision on the Migration Desk.
Not yet
  • Hale keeps vetting records. It doesn't run background checks, and it doesn't yet require one before installing a leader.
  • Training cycles can't be added in the app yet.
