Giving
Enter a Sunday's gifts quickly with the keyboard, split them between funds, and print statements at the end of the year. Only finance and administrators can see any of it.
What it does today
- Count by batch, and compare the total with what you expected.
- Enter gifts with the keyboard: Enter saves and starts the next one.
- Split a gift between funds, or record it as anonymous.
- Track pledges and how far along each one is.
- Print one statement, or all of them, one per page.
- See the last 12 weeks, giving units and lapsed givers on Home.
Not yet
- Hale records gifts. It doesn't take them: there's no online giving.
- A saved gift can't be edited. While the batch is open, delete it and enter it again.
- Importing from a spreadsheet works, with two rough edges we're fixing.
