Know your people
Hale keeps each person's story together: their family, their groups, the notes people have left, where they serve, what they've signed up for. So when you pick up the phone, you already know who you're calling.
What it does today
- Find anyone by name, phone or email, or filter by status, campus, age or tag.
- See a person's page with their household, relationships, notes and a timeline of everything.
- Keep households together, with a main contact.
- Build lists by rules, such as "first-time guests in the last 30 days". They keep themselves current.
- Keep confidential notes visible only to pastors and administrators.
