Build a list that keeps itself current

After this you can answer "who are all the…?" without counting by hand.

The steps

  1. Open Lists and choose New list.
  2. Name it, then choose Add rule. The count updates as you go.
  3. Add more rules, and choose whether people must match all of them or any of them.
  4. Choose Save list.
  5. Open the list to use Export CSV, tag everyone on it, or add them to a follow-up.

Your screen may look different: names and numbers change, and Home changes through the week.
