Events and serving
Create an event with its own public sign-up page, then run the door from one list. Fill Sunday's serving spots with suggestions that know who served recently and who's away.
What it does today
- Publish an event with a capacity, a deadline, a cost and your own questions.
- Let people register with no account, and join a waitlist if it's full.
- Mark who attended, record payments by hand, and move the waitlist up when someone cancels.
- See each plan's needs against what's filled, with suggestions, least recently served first.
- Warn you before you over-schedule someone, and stop you scheduling someone who's away or whose required check has expired.
Not yet
- Waitlisted people aren't told when a spot opens yet.
- Payments are recorded by hand. There's no paying online.
- Serving teams, positions and plans can't be created in the app yet. You can fill the ones that are there.
