Fill the spots on a serving plan

After this you can get a Sunday's spots filled.

The steps

  1. Open Serving and choose a plan.
  2. See what's needed and what's filled, position by position.
  3. Choose Assign on a position. Hale suggests people, least recently served first, and leaves out anyone who can't serve that day.
  4. Pick someone and choose Assign.
  5. When they answer, choose Confirm or Decline.
Good to knowTeams, positions and plans can't be created in the app yet. This covers filling the ones already there.

Your screen may look different: names and numbers change, and Home changes through the week.
