After this you can hand a need on, knowing where it goes.

The steps

  1. Open Care Queue and choose New referral.
  2. Pick the person, the kind of need and where it came from.
  3. Choose Open the referral. Its 48-hour clock starts now.

Your screen may look different: names and numbers change, and Home changes through the week.
